- Ticketing and Admission:
a. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. Entry to the concert is only permitted with a valid ticket.
c. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who breaches venue rules or behaves in an inappropriate or disorderly manner. - Schedule and Lineup:
a. The schedule and lineup of the concert are subject to change without prior notice.
b. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes to the lineup or schedule. - Prohibited Items:
a. The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
i. Weapons or objects that can be used as weapons
ii. Illegal substances or drugs
iii. Glass bottles or cans
iv. Professional cameras or recording equipment
v. Large bags or backpacks
b. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items. - Age Limit:
a. The concert may have an age limit and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age before admitting anyone to the concert. - Health and Safety:
a. The Organizer will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees.
b. Attendees must follow all safety instructions given by the venue staff and security personnel.
c. Attendees assume all risks and liabilities for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property. - Recording and Photography:
a. Recording or taking photographs of the concert may be prohibited.
b. Attendees may be subjected to a bag check and pat down search as a condition of entry to the concert.
c. Attendees are allowed to bring personal cameras or cell phones but any filming or photography must not interfere with the concert or obstruct other attendees. - Accessibility:
a. Attendees with disabilities or special needs must inform the Organizer in advance to make proper arrangements. - Refusal of Entry and Ejection:
a. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or eject any attendee from the concert for any non-compliance or breach of the terms and conditions.
b. There will be no refund or compensation for any attendee who is refused entry or ejected from the concert. - Cancellation:
a. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the concert due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or any other reason beyond its control.
b. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will offer a refund to ticket holders or reschedule the concert. - Claims and Indemnity
Except the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organizer, the Organizer shall not be liable to the ticket holder or the purchaser of the ticket for any act or omission of the Organizer (or its employees, agents, or contractors), and shall not be responsible for any representations, implied warranties, conditions, or other claims (whether caused by the Organizer or its employees, agents, or contractors) arising out of or in connection with the concert (including any delay or failure to stage the concert). To the extent permitted by law, you agree that under these terms and conditions, the Organizer’s total liability to you for the services provided in connection with the concert (even if the Organizer is negligent) will not exceed HK$100 (HK$100).
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the concert, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Organizer has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. - Acknowledgement
a. By entering the venue, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves all rights to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Organizer shall have the final, binding, and conclusive decision.
b. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer and/or any of its affiliated companies shall not be liable to any other person and shall not be responsible for any disputes or claims arising out of your participation in the Concert. - Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
By purchasing a ticket to the concert, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
